Key Deer Decaf - Peru Single Origin (Organic)

We get it. Maybe it's too close to bedtime or maybe you're just all caffeinated-out for the day, our organic Peruvian single origin coffee has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. SWP uses water, not chemicals, to remove 99.9% of the caffeine for an environmentally-friendly and chemical-free cup of decaf.

Key Deer Decaf specialty grade coffee brings caramel, smooth, and citrus notes. Caturra, Bourpon, Catuai, Pache, & Catimor varieties are grown from Cooperativa Agricola de Servicisios Norandino in Piura, Amazonas, Peru, gully washed then dried in the sun.

Our mission is protecting wildlife so we've named our organic decaf coffee after the endangered Key Deer. Unique to the lower Florida Keys, there are currently only an estimated 700-800 Key Deer remaining. The Key Deer are protected under the Endangered Species Act; habitat loss due to development and climate change are some of their main threats.
