The decaffeinated cousin of our popular 6-bean house blend dark roast espresso. The same meticulous blend of coffee from around the world which has been decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process. SWP uses water, not chemicals, to remove 99.9% of the caffeine for an environmentally-friendly and chemical-free cup of decaf. An elegantly strong and deeply full-bodied roast, delightful on its own or transformed into a cappuccino.
The caffeinated version is named after the endangered Swift Fox and even though there may not be an animal called the Sleepy Fox, we are certain somewhere out there is a sleepy fox.
